A Big Thank You for Championing Inclusion in Dodgeball! 🌈

The dodgeball courts across Australia have been buzzing with a special kind of energy lately, and we couldn't be more pleased!

The Australian Dodgeball Federation wants to extend a sincere thank you to our incredible affiliated clubs – UNSW Dodgeball, UTS Dodgeball, Adelaide Dodgeball, and Generation Dodgeball. Your support in delivering such inclusive and engaging events as part of the Pride in Sport Festival has been truly outstanding.

The Pride in Sport Festival is a national initiative celebrating LGBTQ+ participation in sport. We were genuinely proud to be part of this important event this year, promoting visibility and inclusivity through the game of dodgeball. It highlights how powerful sport can be in bringing people together and creating a welcoming space for everyone.

This important effort was made possible with support from Pride in Sport and the Australian Sports Commission's Play Well strategy and this nationwide initiative aims to ensure everyone can access the many benefits of sport. Thanks to the funding provided, we were able to share resources with our affiliated clubs. This helped cover the costs of hosting these meaningful events, and it's also supporting upcoming events like the Pride Cup, which our affiliate Zany Sports Dodgeball will be hosting.
