How to Play Dodgeball: A Beginner's Guide
What is Dodgeball?
Dodgeball is a fun and exciting game where players on two teams try to eliminate their opponents. Both teams throw balls at each other with the aim of hitting their opponents, while trying to avoid being hit themselves.
The Australian Dodgeball Federation (ADF) is the peak body of Dodgeball in Australia, that exists to promote Dodgeball as a legitimate sport that will attract talented, enthusiastic athletes at the social and international levels.
Basic Rules of Dodgeball:

The Court: The game is played on a rectangular court, divided into two halves.

Elimination: A player is eliminated if they are hit by a dodgeball below the knees.

Respawning: Eliminated players can respawn by catching a dodgeball thrown by an opposing player.

Winning: The team with the last player(s) standing wins the game.
How to play:

Divide into Teams: Split into two teams of equal numbers.

Starting Positions: Each team starts at their back net, all players must be touching the net.

Starting the game: When the referee blows the whistle, run in and grab a ball from the middle, but before you can throw it you must return to your home net.

Hitting Out: Throw the ball at your opponents, hitting them below the knees eliminates them.

Dodging: Quickly move around the court to avoid being hit by incoming dodgeballs.

Catching: If you catch a ball thrown by the other team, the thrower is out. You can also bring back one of your teammates.

Winning the game: The team with the last man standing is the winning team!
